Pros
They try to have a good ethos and do the right thing. Good pay.
Cons
Good ethos but have not adapted to work life balance . While other business have adapted to the new way of life they haven’t. The reason they pay well is because you have to do so much. Don’t expect an actual day off without being made to feel bad. Was made to change an important health appointment because I had a visit.
