they do annual pay raises and bonuses based off of how well the company did that year. there is more room to advance for engineers.
Cons
the plant is 75 years old and it is fairly close to the gulf of mexico so rust & deterioration is a problem. some buildings, office spaces and structures have had leaking roofs for years.
