      Pros

      Being a huge corporation, it is doing well even during the economics downturn. Quite a few acquisitions in recent years. There could be a lot of career opportunities inside the company. HR encourages internal job changes.

      Cons

      Performance review process is terrible and good performers are not recognized. Too much politics and bureaucracy involved; If you do not play along, you will never be a top performer.
