Pros
Solid company with great benefits. Talent is rewarded and appreciated. Being one of the worlds largest chemical companies, they are financially secure to say the very least.
Cons
With such a large company comes lots of "red tape", forms, procedures etc. sometimes the internal paperwork can be tedious. Smaller divisions or business segments are of little consequence to the performance of the overall corporation.
