      -Outstanding comprehensive on hands job experience. -They are very devoted to helping you grow in your career. -Saved on their list of potential employees.

      Cons

      -Very hard to get a job in dubai at BASF especially if you're an Indian. -Payscale is not fair, westerners get paid more than Asians despite working for more hours. -Very hard to get into an internship program.
