      Friendly working enviroment, several benefits (food vouchers, holiday hut, employee loans, language courses, pension allowance, etc), nice working enviroment, NO OPEN SPACE

      Cons

      Huge and complex organisation where it takes a long time for all of the formal processes. Relocations are not that common (except upper management).
