      Inconsistent pay scale: often unfair. Candidates: do negotiate your salary up, don't take the first offer.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
