      The work has an impact in the world around us.

      Cons

      Highly politicized work force, very difficult for individuals with diverse backgrounds to succeed. Need to be a political player with inside knowledge to succeed. Company is struggling to maintain positive culture, most employees come into work concerned that by the end of the day they won't have a job.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
