      -have uniform, you dont have to worry on what you should wear -insurance covers dental services

      Cons

      -9.5 working hours -very strict company rules -you have to pay for the insurance of your dependents -stress environment

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
