Pros

Entry level job with decent pay for the area. Benefits okay. If you kiss enough *** you might be able to get promoted EVENTUALLY. Tons of mandated overtime.

Cons

Favoritism and unethical decisions by supervisors are flying about on a daily basis. The harder you more work you'll get, and can't get time off if your supervisor happens to not like you. There isn't many resources for employees to turn to when they are being treated unfairly or even harrased. HR just says they will investigate the claims and that's it. Also, so many people get hurt there, especially their hands, but the company goes to ridiculous ends to claim that the injury isn't work related even if it happened at work, bc of a machine malfunction. Tons of mandated overtime.

Pros

Great people who care, good salaries.

Cons

Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
