Pros
management (not senior level) usually is amazing. Great friendships, simple work if you fly by the radar, Benefits and PTO were great.
Cons
MASS Lay offs - just laid off 6K workers and a lot were really great workers, you will work Mexico's job daily but still get paid the same - actually you will work everybody's job and will be expected to still finish everything on time, Senior Management never appreciates the work you do, growth is there but its hard- need to be in a spot for 5+ years to even advance, HR is huge at this company so if you're not a big fan of HR this place is not for you.
