      Provides a wide range of experience.

      Cons

      Pay is low, borderline insulting raises, health and safety is a low priority to just about everyone. Nothing really gets done because there’s no resources. VP’s seem to create and change policy without considering the addition of resources to achieve those changes. This place has a, “Well we’ve done (insert literally anything) for 30 years, why change it? mentality.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
