      Very good organization and strategy defined. No surprise about the objectives. Manager levels are very close and company in general very polite Very flexible for work hours and many vacation days

      Cons

      Supplier department is always short and many travels restriction to do gemba with suppliers and really support them

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
