      Pros

      Open minded company for raising and implementation of new ideas. Relatively, slightly better salary against to other Tier 1 companies. Horizontal organization, therefore easy to touch to management. Good for short term to get experienced, also long term for job guarantee.

      Cons

      Low turnover of people, less career opportunities due to settled management people for long time. Less people-more work mindset. No bonus, only salary.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
