      A really positive atmosphere. There are a lots of challenges but you can see the managers trying to support to make things happen. Work is pretty balance.

      Things are chaotic and you can feel that people are not used to building software products.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
