Autoliv has a lot of amazing people and a lot amazing systems in place that gives you resources and tools to develop, produce, and build airbags, seat belts, and steering wheels. They are definitely leader in their field in automotive safety and production system. They do value safety and quality.
Cons
It seems management is looking for ways to cut costs by focusing on developing facilities low labor countries, automation, and find ways to reduce costs. Many of their decisions seems to focus on developing low labor countries and short-term gains. This has muddy the vision, strategy, and lower overall moral. Management transparency has also dropped past couple years.
