      Abundant opportunities for organizational improvement to work on. Your life will not be boring, so many relevant things to do and improve. Competitive salary for management positions. A global company with established systems.

      Company politics in the local level. small space for a large workforce. not enough parking area, too crowded. work atmosphere is tense and not relax.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
