      Lot's of things to do in a fast pace work environment. There is a great team that will work with you and wants to teach you what they know.

      Autoliv as a corporation seems set in it's ways, although good in the majority, and is slow to change or react to the area around it.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
