      Technically very good work for design and development, testing provides very good environment for employee it has some set of standard rules and regulations towards employee friendly

      work and personal life imbalance depends up on which team you works salary deductions are more compared to other companies

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
