      Pros

      -Actual engineering projects -get trained on PLC/HMI, Ladder logic, Machine design and Lean manufacturing -great coworkers and management -hours can be early in the morning but you get off work earlier than 9 to 5.

      Cons

      -Management is hands off which is a blessing and a curse? -Overtime does happen depending on the situation. Their focus is being a manufacturer that will deliver their products on time.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
