      Good place to work with good benefits. Profit sharing and allowed to purchase extra week of vacation

      Cons

      Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Very process based which can be good in moderation.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
