      Pros

      Product is good. You will get best technical knowledge if you are willing. Company will not put any effort to give good training.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. All is doing buttering of one person. His thoughts are final decision, it may wrong or right but no body can change. HR policies are there but only sake of having it.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
