      Easy going, impossible to get fired, good benefits, PTO, paid vacations

      Tons of overtime out of the blue. Management seems to be a bit confused.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
