      They have decent and affordable benefits. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Management is full of hypocrites. Continuously hire or promote family members into management positions without the position being posted or allowing interviews from anyone else internally or externally. Employees without family ties are not valued and you will be lucky to receive a small increase annually.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
