      It’s a big manufacturing company, having top talent is not a priority, skilled technical employees and prioritizing technology is not a priority, they do want top quality but they try to achieve it in a very frugal way

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
