      Training is slim to none! Learn on the fly. Up to date electrical and mechanical prints are non existent

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
