      Pros

      The work-life balance was great in our department and the company did many extra events for the employees during and after work.

      Cons

      Even though a portion of the company culture was less politics, they still existed and seem to hold the company back.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
