Pros

-Great, flexible working environment with kind, positive and collaborative colleagues within and across teams. Broad diversity of backgrounds creates a beautiful strong heartbeat within the company. -Interesting and friendly customers from very different industries. -Offering of helpful solutions that matter. -If you know what and ask for what you want, you're going to get the support and mentorship here and might find yourself walking even further than you thought you could. It feels pretty unique how your team wants to see you succeed and to be at your best here, so make sure you enjoy all the little steps along the way<3 -Nice benefits and company culture; encourages and offers great initiatives and networks to engage, but also doesn't force any events, projects or mandatory office days on-site upon you. You're going to find yourself treated really well here and motivated to contribute:) -Approachable, humble and skilled leadership team. Fair and implement feedback, genuine care about learning and growing together to make things even better.

Cons

I guess if you don't like change, you might enjoy it better to work in a different company or disregard the tech sector altogether, but if you love learning, are a true team player with your own ambitions and find yourself getting bored easily, you'll be in the right place here:)

Pros

The individual contributors, your peers you work with day in and day out are fantastic people! At the IC level, for the most part, it feels like everyone is in the fight together. The work/life balance is good depending on which business unit/team you're aligned with. The benefits are pretty solid, especially the 6 week sabbatical.

Cons

Autodesk moves at the pace of a snail, very slow to take action on anything. Selling is very difficult with all the undocumented approvals, processes, red tape and very few people are willing to actually help! Leadership doesn't care about the people their decisions impact. Feedback is rarely listened to and acted upon. Pay is terrible compared to competitors in this space. Autodesk has embraced a ton of change over the last few years with new marketing, sales and IT leadership and it shows. They are not shy in showing their desire to be the next Oracle at the expense of their people. They are constantly changing tools, processes, people, roles, you name it so you feel like you're under water constantly. Lipstick on a pig.
