Everyone wants you to succeed and they have no hesitation in helping you. This is a great feeling when you first start as its a steep learning curve. Across the organisation targets are high but realistic, when the office first opened the targets were too easy and people got complacent. Also I can see that a few mistakes were made initially in the recruitment process and some of the sales people had no sales skills at all. As the company goal is growth, the targets must grow too. Needless to say, the people who could not adapt to change have left. Salary is fair and based on experience, if your not happy with your proposed salary when joining then there´s plenty of other companies in Barcelona. The salaries are reviewed internally twice a year. If you work hard, prove your value and go above and beyond it´s possible to get a raise for your efforts. Great benefits package. Management style is situational based on skill level, ability, motivation, if you need help you can get ask for it in many other places than your direct manager. If you work hard and do your job, you can expect praise and support. If your not pulling your weight or your bringing negativity to the team then your days will be numbered.
