Pros
very defined and and clear processess. In the forefront using tools, system and analytics. Dedicated staff and very skilled staff and usually very good and responsible leadership
Cons
although some of the processess needs to be very defined to fulfill the regulatory regulations, I am certain that this could be done in a simpler way. Anyway when it comes to areas that aren't covered by legislations and regulations, areas like the HR processess etc could easily be done in a much simpler way
