      Compare to ten years ago, AZ leaders (all levels) become more and more be concentrated on playiny political games instead of science and drug development. This is basic if one want to keep one's position due to the current company's culture.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
