Big multinational with strong corporate culture. Good focus on training employees. Average to high salary level, depending on the county. Advanced bonus system.

Cons

Since change of CEO in 2012 the company had massive job cuts and restructuring. Second main office in Brussels was closed with 60% employees leaving. Many local markets changed the top management. After expiration of crestor patent, and failure to introduce new molecules, company is in tough financial situation.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
