Pros
Solid pipeline of future drugs. This is an innovative company with solid science. They do a great job in providing developmental opportunities to their sales force. The company send out annual surveys to its employees and takes the feedback seriously.
Cons
No drugs in Phase IV. The current business in the Infectious Disease franchise has many limitations as the drug has been on the market for years. Very tough, if not impossible, to beat obstacles.
