Pros
I really like the people who work here. They tend to take care of each other. My work involves deep creative thinking and in writing computer codes to analyze data.
Cons
At the end of each week, you have to fill out this timesheet, and that is the worst thing. Sometimes it is hard to be billable high enough every week, and they do not want you to be paid from overhead. If you cannot maintain a high enough fillability which is usually greater than 90 %, then you may be red-flagged.
