By the end, there were none. Promised cpd was given, but so full of management speak and waffle as to be worthless.
Cons
If you work in the European Theatre, 85% of fees go back to London as central costs. Or rather to the Partners pot which pays for the cost centres they keep centrally including their pension and equity pots. So no surprise that the salaries are low and there is always a reason why sadly we can't increase your salary at the moment
