Bad management within Highway division. No scope for talented and they dont recruit properly as per the project requirement. TD recruits on his own wish and will and he takes all the charge in to his hand. No point of joining highway division unless there is a change for TD as of now. TD shows partiality and recruits who ever look like under his shadow always.....TDLs also need to be replaced with new candidates. TD and TDLs are misleading the UK staff and HR team here in India with their own unfair actions.
