      Pros

      "Us against the world" mentality really brings a sense of family to the group that you work with. Working on bleeding edge products that you are sure to see in the mall, and on every news outlet Enjoy not only working on the product, but enjoy owning and using the products - actual pride in the product itself a casual and fun place to work for, very liberal and open-minded culture

      Cons

      No life/work balance Expectation of being on-call 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week No standing processes, manual paper report driven Need for constant non-value add communication required from management Very stressful work

      Tons of pros such as the Environment, Flexibility, Management, and experience you can get! I was able to do school and work this position

      Honestly I didnt not find any cons working here, very supportive and friendly experience overall!

      We work with geniuses - in every department, We create innovative products that thrill our customers and create new product categories - who else can say that?

      Cons

      ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
