Pros
Chris Barbin is one of the most inspirational leaders I've ever worked for-- his trademark one-word IM checkins ("yo") are his way of "walking the halls" of this virtual company, checking in. At Appirio, its OK to have a bad day every once in a while. But if you're not having fun 4 days out of 5, something is wrong and he wants to hear about it.
Cons
Appirio suffers from some of the normal growing pains of life on a rocket ship, and still has to prove that it can build a high margin, technology-enabled, crowd-enabled services business services worthy of an IPO.
