      working here allowed for time flexibility, independence with workload, somewhat of a good work culture, most people worked well together and good chance of promotion depending on your time there

      Cons

      every man/woman for themselves, mediocre turn over rate, really have to push management for something if you want to see change

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
