      Pros

      Its a great job for people who like dealing with conflict throughout the day. Sometimes it's busy. Sometimes it's not. They cater food alot and keep lots of snacks in the office for employees.

      Cons

      The pay is about half of what I think it should be since it wants someone with a degree.

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
