      See first hand experience on how bad certain behaviors look.

      Cons

      Everything. The pay, the people, the equipment. Blows my mind that this company manages million dollar contracts and does everything so sloppy and puts people in management positions that have a low emotional intelligence.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
