      Pros

      Few. The worker bees work really hard but management does nothing to engage them. The only other pro is the work from home culture. They are very big on this as it saves them $$$.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Management does nothing to improve engagement. Inexperienced managers everywhere in the IT organization. None of the managers are leaders. Everyone is pulling in different directions. This makes for extra work for the worker bees, and the management does not care.Take my advice and stay away.

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
