      Literally run. The absolute worst company to work for. Sexist , racist , the head of hr for Alberta is the more sexist there. Its distrusting.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
