      Gives annual gifts. Good shift timings Fixed off Well being sessions Quick resolution for any IT issues

      Cons

      Non appreciable to employees, No new platform of motivation given to employees, HR and managers do not address any employee grievance. Elongated hours work provided and no appreciation .No appraisal.No respect to employees.Juniors are given QC work of parallel level employees which demeans the value of other employees .

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
