      Pros

      If you have the ability to do the job the past 18 months of working from home has been easy. The company has done a lot to facilitate working from home for years.

      Cons

      They have embraced the Racism of Diversity. They have Mentorship and Groups based on Race. The moment this was introduced I decided to quit.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
