      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits, slightly flexible work schedule, and location.

      Cons

      Bad office culture. Really tough to work around team schedules and deadlines when you are on 7 or 8 client teams and resources are thin, really hurts the flexibility. Too many work hours to pass exams must of the time.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
