      Pros

      The graduate program is really well structured. The rotation system (4x6mths) give you great exposure to different areas of the business. Aon places a great focus on both personal, professional development and also provides great industry exposure. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Minor con is that there can be some disparity between the some business units/teams

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
