I really don't have many pros The company was a learn as you go kind of place it was very frustrating trying to learn things

Cons

Scheduled adherence was pretty hard they were strict on that No training There was no helpful managers

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
