      It's an incredible company to work for. Modern offices. Amazing collegues and leaders. Possibility to work remotely. 1 month of paid vacation. A plan to buy shares at a discounted price. Working on cool stuff.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
