Pros
From an Engineers perspective: The work is cutting edge technology which grows one's career in a positive direction. The people are helpful and friendly. Nice work environment. The company takes very good care of their employees via salary, benefits, etc.
Cons
Frequent layoffs (every few years). However, they have a great severance package and the experience one gets from working there is helpful in finding the next job.
